Our service is remote and digital. We do not perform physical repairs, warranty service, or sell replacement parts. For warranty claims, contact your printer’s manufacturer directly.
How we create our guides and tools
Our printer help guides give brand-neutral steps that work across most home and small-office printers, and point to model-specific manuals where details differ. When software is needed, we link only to official manufacturer websites or your operating system’s own update service — we never host drivers or apps.
Our free printer tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is uploaded or stored, and they never claim to detect problems on your device; they are checklists, calculators and test pages that help you check things yourself.
Your safety
Please never send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or sensitive document contents through our support form or by email. Download printer software only from the manufacturer’s official website or your operating system’s update service — never from pop-ups, advertisements or unsolicited messages.
